As someone with a number of barriers to exercise, RDA has been exceptional in helping me access, progress and be consistent with improving my form and fitness.

I’ve been training with RDA since they began, and I’m consistently impressed with their ability to keep me progressing whilst making adaptations for chronic pain and hyper-mobility.

I continue to enjoy the warmth, humour and wisdom of their PT sessions and the friends I’ve made through the wider community they grow. I’ve got big fitness and wellbeing goals in the next 12 months, and I’m grateful to be working towards them with the RDA team

I’ve never really been a gym-goer, but started training with RDA to address a couple of longstanding injuries. Whether it’s 1:1 or in a small group, I get a varied, tailored programme that helps keep me motivated and accountable, while also pushing me and considering my achey joints. And the chats between sets are a much better alternative to the usual cheesy gym music… training with RDA makes me healthier, stronger and wiser!

Hands down the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. In just two months, I've seen significant improvements in both my strength and mobility. What sets RDA apart is how attentively they listen to my goals and concerns, and how they tailor every session to meet my wants. They are always focused on my form, making small adjustments to ensure I'm getting the most out of each exercise. I truly appreciate how present and dedicated Jack is during our one-on-one sessions—it makes all the difference. I've already noticed big strides in my shoulder mobility, chin-ups, overall strength, and mental well-being. I'm excited to continue training with Jack and RDA and can’t wait to see what the next year brings!

I've been training with RDA strength systems for about two years. In this time I've become much stronger thanks to the plans provided and support from Josh and Jack. Aswell as these strength gains my whole lifestyle has improved with the knowledge RDA provides in maintain good mental health and providing advice on nutrition with the resources they provide on the app, and chats I've had one to one with them when seeking advice. I would highly recommend training with RDA Strength System!!

RDA have given me the confidence to believe that I’m not too old for this sort of thing, I can be a gym person, and I really can lift things that are quite heavy (even by their standards)!  Goals are matched to targeted work plans, technique and performance are tweaked on a daily basis, and nothing is ever too much trouble to explain.  If I mishandle something, don’t understand an instruction, or can’t quite remember what a Landmine Cossack Squat is (despite having just done 16 of them in a row) – a cheerful correction or explanation gets me going again.  RDA embrace a lifestyle and positive mental outlook that carries over from the gym to personal life.  It’s a lifestyle I very much want to be part of.
